Skilled Trades

Arrowpoint Solutions is currently seeking ALL Skilled Trades Workers, including but not limited to: Laborers, Flaggers, Carpenters, Machinist, Operators, Cement Finishers, and Welders of all levels, apprentices and journeymen. Wages for these trades range from $10.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on the demand and requirements of the job. We currently have several jobsites looking for qualified workers who can: Pass a drug test and background screening, have at least 4-6 months' worth of recent experience with valid references, provide reliable transportation, work safely and prove eligibility for employment in the U.S.

Temporary Staffing

On-demand supplemental staff for short or long-term needs including vacation coverage, sick-time coverage, special assignments or seasonal workloads.

Temp-To-Hire
